Wez Barber Keep returning to this. Simply stunning album. Cerebral, pretty, hard hitting. So much groove. Love this from start to finish. Favorite track: SISYPHUS.

Rebecca Raptor Instant adoration for this album. If you love this band but thought Contrapasso was maybe "a bit much", then this album was made for you. Incredible and interesting jazzy prog rock from start to finish. Favorite track: SISYPHUS.

impressivelad Ridiculously dense jazz inflected prog metal, it's taking many listens to really make sense of the knotty melodies coiled around this thing. Definitely the darkest Seven Impale album so far, leaning further into the trappings of doom metal. Blackened guitars scratch against eruptions of molten keys and sax. Conversely the vocals are eerily serene, liturgical even. All in all great album, especially for those who want prog with a bit of life in it. Favorite track: IKAROS.

TheEliteExtremophile Summit is a great return to form for Seven Impale. The music on this record is powerful and dynamic. The playing is top-notch, and these four songs all grow and evolve in compelling ways. If you’re a fan of Van der Graaf Generator or 1970s King Crimson, this ought to be right up your alley.

Dette er et fantastisk verk hvor det synges på norsk! Det siste setter en spiss på det hele. Lydbildet er åpent og dynamisk og man føler seg hensatt til 1970-tallets progressive rock. Dette ble oppdaget helt tilfeldig da jeg skulle sette igang dagens dont på hjemmekontoret og hadde litt arbeidsvegring og sveipa innom Bandcamp. Så ble hjemmekontoret utsatt litt til da jeg så klart måtte høre hele greia..😉. Takk for en flott musikalsk opplevelse en vinterdag i januar 2024. Storvik
